Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to all orders to anywhere in Australia

For free shipping: We offer free shipping to all orders of $150 or above value to send to anywhere in Australia

Deliveries are made from 7.00am to 6.00pm on week days excluding public holidays. We will contact you via text message (And/ or email) with the phone number (And/ or eamil address) you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of the parcel arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at charlottesleaf@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
